Infollion - On-Demand ExpertsInfollion - On-Demand Experts

Rigor isn’t a claim here. It’s a process you can see.

Before any expert is put in front of a client, they go through the same formal screening - every time, no exceptions. The same research team that maps the industry screens the people inside it.

If something goes wrong

If a conversation strays outside the agreed scope, the expert is expected to end it and report what happened. If you have a concern about how an engagement was conducted, contact support@infollion.com and our compliance team will follow up directly.

THE SCREENING LIFECYCLE

5-Stage Protocol
1

Request received

We capture your request and assign it for screening.

2

Conflict screening

We check for conflicts to ensure independence and integrity.

3

Scope defined

We validate the expert's background against the required scope.

4

Engagement confirmed

Once cleared, the expert is introduced and the engagement begins.

5

Recorded, if consented

With consent, the conversation may be recorded.

The five mechanisms

Conflict of Interest Screening

Every expert is assessed against a broad conflict-of-interest framework before an engagement is confirmed. This includes current and recent employers, board positions, ownership stakes, and any relationship to a company that could compromise the objectivity of the conversation.

MNPI & Insider-Trading Exclusions

Robust compliance framework designed to prevent the disclosure and use of material non-public information (MNPI). Experts are expressly prohibited from disclosing such information during consultations. Our expert screening and conflict-checking processes incorporate safeguards to identify and mitigate potential risks relating to MNPI and other restricted information.

Sector-Specific Restrictions

Certain industries have additional sensitivities and compliance considerations. For example, in healthcare, discussions may be limited to high-level market dynamics and non-sensitive topics. Similar guardrails may apply in other sectors based on regulatory requirements and client needs. The exact scope is defined at the time of engagement.

Recording & Consent

Where a call is recorded or transcribed, the expert is informed and gives consent before the engagement begins. Nothing is recorded without that consent being in place first.

Independent Contractor Structure

Every expert on the panel is an independent contractor, not an employee - of Infollion or of the client. This structure keeps the relationship transparent for every engagement.

What we ask of you

The same standards apply on your side of the call.

  • Don’t solicit material non-public information, even if the conversation moves in that direction - the expert is required to decline, and so should the question.
  • Don’t request confidential or proprietary information belonging to an expert’s current or former employer.
  • If a call is recorded, the expert’s consent is required before it begins - recording without that consent in place isn’t permitted.
